It’s Thursday and you know that means it is time for a Create with Connie and Mary Thursday Challenge. We have a fun sketch for you to try this week!
FLIGHT & AIRY DESIGNER PAPER
I think the Flight & Airy DSP is so pretty with the watercolor images of birds, flowers and branches so I let it do ALL the heavy lifting on this card! Only the greeting is stamped!
Stampin’ Details:
- The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Boho Blue cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
- A 1-1/2 x 4-1/4 strip of Flight & Airy Pecan Pie grid DSP is added across the front towards the top.
- Next a 2-3/4 x 4 small bird print in Flight & Airy DSP was added to a 2-3/4 x 4 piece of Flirty Flamingo cardstock on an angle, then added to the front.
- The 3/4 x 3-1/4 Fresh Freesia watercolor print in Flight & Airy DSP was added over it.
- One of the small birds on a branch and flowers was cut from the DSP and added with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Linen Thread was wrapped several times in a loop, then added to the tail of the bird.
- The greeting from Perennial Postage Stamp Set was stamped with Boho Blue Ink on a 1/2 x 2-1/4 piece of Basic White cardstock and added on top with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Three Rainbow Adhesive Backed Dots were added to the background.
