It’s Thursday and you know that means it is time for a Create with Connie and Mary Thursday Challenge. It’s a bright color challenge for you to try this week!
EXCELLENT EGGS
This set is fun, but I hadn’t used this particular stamp yet…was a perfect time to try it out! My Stamp Clubs are doing a variation of this card this month!
Stampin’ Details:
- The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Coastal Cabana cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
- The 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Basic White cardstock was embossed with the crosshatch Basics Embossing Folder and added to the front.
- A 2 x 5-1/4 strip of Les Shoppes Designer Paper was added on the front.
- The greeting from Excellent Eggs was stamped with Memento Black Ink on a 3/4 x 4 strip of Coastal Cabana cardstock and added to the front.
- The large egg was stamped with Memento Black Ink on Basic White cardstock, then water colored with Coastal Cabana, Crushed Curry, Old Olive and Gray Granite Markers. It was cut with the Excellent Eggs Dies and added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- The bunny was stamped with Memento Black Ink and lightly outlined with Gray Granite Marker.
- The ric rak trim was cut from Crushed Curry cardstock with the Dies and added under the egg.
- A trio of Tingle Gems Three Pack were added to the background.
