It’s Thursday and you know that means it is time for a Create with Connie and Mary Thursday Challenge. What a pretty color combination we have for you this week…perfect for Spring!
TRANSLUCENT FLORALS
These soft colors are perfect for a floral image, don’t you think? I pulled out one of my favorites, Translucent Florals for this card.
Stampin’ Details:
- The base is 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 Bubble Bath cardstock, scored at 4-1/4 and folded.
- A 1 x 5-1/2 piece of yellow stripe Lighter Than Air Designer Paper was centered on the front.
- The 3-3/4 x 5 piece of Basic White cardstock was cut with the Perennial Postage Dies and stamped with the Translucent Florals greeting in Memento Black Ink. It was added to a 3-1/2 x 4-3/4 piece of Soft Sea Foam cardstock, then added to the front.
- The large flower was stamped with Bubble Bath Ink, the smaller with Lemon Lolly Ink and the leaves with Soft Sea Foam Ink on Basic White cardstock and cut with the Translucent Florals Dies. They were added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Five Rainbow Adhesive Backed Dots in yellow and pink were added to the background and flower center.
