Welcome to Create with Connie and Mary’s Creatively Simple Challenge! Each month Mary and I will pick a theme for our simple cards. This month the theme is Fall cards!
AUTUMN LEAVES
Stampin’ Details:
- The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Thick Very Vanilla cardstock, score at 5-1/2 and fold to form base card.
- The 3-3/4 x 5 layer of Very Vanilla cardstock was embossed with the Distressed Tiled Embossing Folder and cut with the leaf from the Autumn Leaves Dies.
- A 2 x 3 piece of All About Autumn DSP was added behind the opening, then added to the front of the card.
- The leaf veins were cut from Copper Clay cardstock and adhered to the cut-out embossed leaf. It was added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals next to the opening.
- Some Natural Ribbon was shredded and tied in a knot, then added to the top of the leaves.
- A 5/8 x 3-3/4 strip of Copper Clay cardstock was stamped with the greeting from Autumn Leaves stamp set in Memento Black Ink and added across the top.
- Two Crumb Cake Adhesive Backed Speckled Dots were added next to the greeting.
