Welcome to Create with Stamping Friends Creatively Simple Challenge! Each month Debbie and I will pick a theme for our simple cards. Our theme for October is Happy Harvest! Just in time for fall and upcoming Thanksgiving ideas!
WARMS MY HEART
I think these images in Warms My Heart are so cute! I chose the pumpkin one for my next Happy Harvest card for October!
- The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Mossy Meadow cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
- The 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Basic Beige cardstock was brushed with Lemon Lolly Ink using a Blending Brush.
- A 1 x 4 strip of Iconic Celebrations leaf print was added towards the bottom.
- Another 1/4 x 4 strip of green stripe Iconic Celebrations DSP was added across the top of the DSP.
- The greeting from Warms My Heart was stamped with Mossy Meadow Ink.
- The pumpkin gal was stamped with Memento Black Ink on Basic White cardstock and colored with Old Olive, Pumpkin Pie, Pecan Pie, Boho Blue and Ivory Stampin’ Blends. She was hand-cut and added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- A trio of green Faux Glass Dots were added to the background!
