We’re continuing our theme of Gardens this month with our Creatively Simple challenge!
IMPRESSIONS ABLOOM
Yes! A brand-new stamp bundle from the Online Exclusives coming out on May 1st called Impressions Abloom! Yep…it’s flowers, which is always a hit for me. But the dies on this bundle are very cool! One die is an outline to cut out the stamp images or direct from cardstock, BUT you can also add TEXTURE with the layered inside die! It really gives so much detail to the die-cut! See what I mean on today’s card!
- The base is 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 Lemon Lime Twist cardstock, scored at 4-1/4 and folded.
- The 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Basic White cardstock was embossed with the new Annual Catalog Turtle Textures Embossing Folder (I can see using this for SO much more than the turtles set!)
- The Impressions Abloom oval die was cut from Floral Garden Designer Paper, then cut in half. Both ends were added to the Basic White layer.
- The flowers were cut with new In Colors cardstock, Strawberry Slush (a returning favorite!), Timid Tiger, and Darling Duckling using the Impressions Abloom Dies. Then were added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- The leaves were cut from Lemon Lime Twist cardstock and tucked under the flowers with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- The greeting from Impressions Abloom was stamped with Memento Black Ink on a 5/8 x 2 strip of Lemon Lime Twist cardstock and tucked under the flower.
- A trio of 2025-27 In Color Flat Pearls were added to the background.
