Our Creatively Simple theme this month is “All You Need is Love”! Could be love at Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Wedding, Anniversary…so many ways to express love!
BRANCHING OUT
I really LOVE this Branching Out Stamp Bundle and sad to see it is on the Last Chance List. I thought I could use it for a sweet LOVE card and really like how it turned out!
- The base is 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 Real Red cardstock, scored at 4-1/4 and folded.
- Two 3/4 x 5-1/2 strips of Made with Love Designer Paper were added at the top and bottom.
- The 3 x 5-1/2 piece of Basic White was stamped with the Branching Out branch in Early Espresso Ink and the “pine needles” in Real Red. (I thought they looked like hearts!)
- The Branching Out greeting was stamped with Early Espresso Ink on Flirty Flamingo cardstock and cut with the oval die in Snowy Delights Dies. Love that shape!
- Some Linen Thread was wrapped in a circle a few times then added to the front with a Mini Stampin’ Dimensional. The greeting label was added on top with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- A trio of Strawberry Slush & Pretty in Pink Gems were added to the background.
