It’s Saturday and time for our Create with Stamping Friends Blog Hop.  This week is all about Thanksgiving!  Here in the United States, it is celebrated on November 28th this year!  Tis the season to be grateful for all our blessings!

AUTUMN LEAVES

The “with a Grateful Heart” is one of my favorite sayings.  You can find it in the Autumn Leaves stamp set!  This card focuses on that greeting and the gorgeous Splendid Autumn Designer Paper!  I admit that I’ve been hoarding this floral print…but I finally broke down and used it!

Stampin’ Details:

• The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Basic Beige cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
• The 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Copper Clay cardstock was embossed with the Leaf Fall Embossing Folder and added to the front.
• A 3 x 5-1/4 piece of the Splendid Autumn floral Designer Paper was added to the right side.
• Two leaves from the Autumn Leaves Dies were cut from Daffodil Delight cardstock and blended with Copper Clay Ink using a Blending Brush.  They were added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
• The greeting from Autumn Leaves was stamped with Copper Clay Ink on Basic Beige cardstock and cut with the label from the Autumn Leaves Dies.  It was added over the stems of the leaves with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
• Some Linen Thread was doubled and then tied in a bow and added to the stems of the leaves.
