It’s Thursday and time for our Create with Stamping Friends challenge! We have a fun sketch challenge for you to try this week!
OH MY FRIGHT
I couldn’t decide between Christmas or Halloween…but the Frightening Fun DSP won out in the end because I love these spooky trees in the background!
Stampin’ Details:
- The base is 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 Blackberry Bliss cardstock, scored at 4-1/4 and folded.
- The 4 x 5-1/4 layer of spooky trees in the Frightening Fun DSP was added on top.
- Two 2 x 2 squares of Basic White cardstock were brushed with Blackberry Bliss Ink. One was stamped with the spiderweb in the lower left corner using stamped off Gray Granite Ink. They were added at opposite angles on the front.
- The moon was cut with the Die from Daffodil Delight cardstock, the cloud from Basic White cardstock, the bat trio from Basic Black cardstock. They were adhered to the front and the bats added with Black Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- The ghost was stamped with Basic Black Ink on Basic White cardstock and cut with the die, then added to the bottom square with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- The greeting was stamped with Basic Black Ink on 1/2 x 3 Gray Granite cardstock and the end cut at an angle. It was added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- A trio of black Adhesive Backed Bags Ghosts & Dots were added to the background.
It’s funny that I don’t use a lot of Blackberry Bliss, but seem to be using it a lot this fall and Halloween! OK, check out what the rest of the Challenge Team did with this challenge over on Create with Stamping Friends.
