Happy Monday! It’s time for our Create with Connie and Mary Inspiration Monday challenge! This week we have a pretty ceramic platter for our inspiration piece!
STITCHED LEAVES DIES
I decided to follow the general colors and the shape of the leaves from the inspiration piece for my Stitched Leaves card. Almost NO stamping on here!
Stampin’ Details:

- The base is 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 Basic Gray cardstock, scored at 4-1/4 and folded.
- On top is a 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Basic White cardstock embossed with the Painted Textures Embossing Folder.
- A 2 x 5-1/4 piece Peaceful Place buffalo plaid DSP was added across the front.
- I cut the label with the Hippo Dies (you NEED these dies! So many FUN labels!) from Basic White cardstock and added it to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- One of the Stitched Leaves was cut from Pacific Point and the other from Granny Apple Green cardstocks. They were added to the label with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- The greeting from Sweet as a Peach was stamped with Memento Black Ink on Basic White and hand-cut it closely. It was added to the stems with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- A trio of dark green In Color Jewels were added in the background.
