It’s time for another Create with Connie and Mary’s Inspiration Monday!!! Mary found these NAPKINS at the store and sent me a photo! It looks almost exactly like our Tropical Chic Suite, doesn’t it? Is Stampin’ Up! on trend, or what!!! Too fun!
Of course, I HAD to use Tropical Chic stamp set…just nothing else would come to my mind after I saw it. Here’s what I came up with. I did do a little different fold (at least for me!). The fold is on the left!
- The base is 4-1/4 x 11, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
- A 2 x 5-1/2 piece of Soft Sea Foam polka dot pattern from the Subtles DSP Collection is added to a 2-1/4 x 5-1/2 piece of Shaded Spruce cardstock, then added to the center of the card.
- The greeting is stamped with Shaded Spruce Ink across the bottom.
- The long leaf was stamped with Soft Suede Ink, the spiny leaf with Granny Apple Green, the wide leave with Shaded Spruce Ink and the flowers with Flirty Flamingo Ink. They were cut with the Framelits, along with a spiny one from Shaded Spruce. They were placed on the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Yep! That’s it! VERY simple use of stamps and framelits! I love the clean look and doesn’t it look like the napkins? OK…go check out what Mary did with the Inspiration Challenge this week over on Create with Connie and Mary!
