Welcome to our Create with Stamping Friends Inspiration Monday challenges. This week’s inspiration challenge is a pretty tree photo! I love the unusual perspective!
DELICATE FOREST
I went looking for a tree image and this one in the Delicate Forest Stamp Set worked out perfectly!
Stampin’ Details:
- The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Pebbled Path cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
- The 3-1/4 x 5-1/2 panel of Basic White cardstock was first stamped with center tree. I inked up the top portion of the tree with Poppy Parade Ink, then used the Early Espresso Marker for the tree and limb details and stamped in the center. I repeated the process with the Granny Apple Green tree, but shortened the length of the trunk, then did the Crushed Curry Tree the same way.
- The ground was stamped with Granny Apple Green Ink under the tree trunks.
- I used the Blending Brush to add Balmy Blue Ink in the center portion of the Basic White background.
- Two 1/2 x 5-1/2 strips of Thoughtful Journey 6×6 DSP were added behind the Basic White Panel.
- Some Pebbled Path 2023-25 In Color Jute Trim was wrapped a couple times and criss crossed on the front, then the panel added to the front of the base card.
- The greeting was stamped with Early Espresso Ink on Basic Beige cardstock and cut with the Unbounded Love label Die. It was added to the Jute Trim with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- A trio of 2023-25 In Color Opaque Sparkle Dots were added to the background.
