Happy St. Patrick’s Day! Welcome to our Create with Stamping Friends Inspiration Monday challenges. This week’s inspiration is a colorful tree print!
PEEKABOO FOREST
I only have a limited number of stamp sets and dies with me here at our Florida home and brought NO trees with me! But I think the Full of Life DSP and Peekaboo Forest worked out pretty well!
Stampin’ Details:
- The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Pebbled Path cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
- A 4 x 5-1/4 layer of multi stripe Full of Life DSP was added to the front.
- The 2 x 4 piece of stripe Full of Life DSP was cut horizontally using the grass Peekaboo Forest Die and added across the bottom.
- The tree from Peekaboo Forest was stamped with Pebbled Path Ink on Pebbled Path cardstock and cut with the Die. The tree stump was cut across the top so it is free standing. It was added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Several leaf clusters were cut from multi color Full of Life DSP and trimmed so they are free standing. They were added to the top of the tree trunk with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- The bear was stamped with Memento Black Ink on Crumb Cake and colored with Crumb Cake Stampin’ Blends. It was cut with the Peekaboo Forest Die and added to the inside of the tree trunk with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Let’s Celebrate from Simply Said was stamped with Melon Mambo Ink on 1/2 x 3 strip of Basic White cardstock and the ends cut as a banner and adhered under the bear paws.
- A trio of Clear & Pecan Pie Ribboned Adhesive Backed Dots were added to the background.
