Welcome to our Create with Stamping Friends Inspiration Monday challenges. This week’s inspiration is a pretty field of flowers!
IMPRESSIONS ABLOOM
Well, I’m kind of cheating here. I had originally designed this card for my Stamp Class last month, then changed up what I wanted to do! But I thought it fit pretty well for today’s challenge. Had I made it specifically for this challenge, I probably would have used different colored flowers…but I wasn’t going to re-do it! lol!
Stampin’ Details:
- The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Thick Basic White cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
- A 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Woven Textures DSP was added on top.
- The oval from Impressions Abloom Dies was cut from Soft Sea Foam cardstock, then embossed with the Glass & Gardens Embossing Folder, then added to the front.
- The flower stems and leaf branch from Impressions Abloom Dies were cut from Garden Green cardstock. The flower tops were cut from Real Red cardstock. They were assembled together and added to the left side of the oval with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- The greeting from Impressions Abloom was stamped on 3/4 x 3-1/2 Basic White strip of cardstock with Real Red Ink and the ends cut at an angle. It was added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Some Linen Thread was tied in a bow and added to the bottom flower.
- A trio of Strawberry Slush & Pretty in Pink gold/white Gems were added to the background.
