Welcome to our Create with Stamping Friends Inspiration Monday challenges. This week’s inspiration is a scarecrow in a field!
FUN FOR FALL
I used Stampin’ Up!’s new Fun For Fall bundle for today’s card! I love this cute little scarecrow and all the fun accessories!
Stampin’ Details:
- The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Old Olive cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
- A 4 x 5-1/4 layer of new Sunflower Fields DSP is added on top.
- A layer of 3-1/4 x 4-3/8 Old Olive cardstock was added to the center.
- The 3-1/8 x 4-1/4 piece of Basic Beige cardstock was brushed across the top with Cloud Cover Ink and along the bottom with Golden Glow Ink. The greeting was stamped in the upper left corner with Early Espresso Ink. It was adhered to the Old Olive layer.
- The corn stalks were cut twice from Old Olive and the ears from Golden Glow cardstocks and adhered across the bottom approx 1/4″ from bottom.
- The fence was cut two times and adhered together, then added along the bottom edge.
- The scarecrow, crow and sunflower heads were stamped with Basic Black Hybrid Ink and colored with Smoky Slate, Cloud Cover, Old Olive, Golden Glow, Poppy Parade, Crumb Cake, Pecan Pie and Cajun Craze Stampin’ Blends. They were cut with the Dies and added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- A trio of Crumb Cake Pearls of Beauty were added to the background.
