This week we are casing the last Design Team Member…ME! I chose a card I made last Christmas using the Sweet Candy Cane Bundle.

SENDING CHEER
Here’s how I recreated my card using September-December Mini Catalog items! I love the gingerbread person in the Sending Cheer Bundle, so it was a perfect choice and worked by just reversing the colors!

Stampin’ Details:
- The base is 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 Crumb Cake cardstock, scored at 4-1/4 and folded to form the base card.
- The 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Real Red cardstock was embossed with the Christmas Tidings embossing folder and added to the front.
- Two gingerbreads were stamped with Crumb Cake Ink on Basic White, the faces with Memento Black and buttons with Real Red Ink. They were cut with the Sending Cheer Dies. The hanging tabs were cut off. They were added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- For You was stamped with Real Red Ink on Basic White cardstock and cut with the stocking cuff Sending Cheer Die.
- Some Sweet Sorbet Baker’s Twine was tied in a bow and added to the gingerbread girl with a Mini Glue Dot.
- A trio of white Adhesive Backed Glitter Sequins were added to the background.

How fun is this change-up? OK, next up on our blog hop is our Create with Connie and Mary website, then on to creative Mary Brown, or head backwards to see Melissa Davies’ fabulous project and see what everyone did with this challenge!

Such adorable cards! Love the Real Red and Crumb Cake combination. Thank you for the tutorial. I wish I could Pin these.
Thanks, Wendie…I always love Crumb Cake and Real Red together!
You should be able to Pin my card ideas on my blog. I don’t have anything blocking that on my end. I know I get a Pin button when I hover over the picture! Maybe try to reinstall the Pin button?
thank you Connie, I’ll try to figure it out!
