EASTER BASKET
I love the little bunnies and chicks in the Easter Basket set, so I thought they could be “friends” on my card today!
Stampin’ Details:
- The base is 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 Lemon Lolly cardstock, scored at 4-1/4 and folded.
- One of the scenes in the Easter Joy DSP was cut to 4 x 5-1/4 and added to the base card.
- The basket and weaves were cut from Early Espresso cardstock and adhered to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- The bow and scallop trim were cut with the Dies from Lemon Lolly cardstock and added to the basket.
- Several Easter Eggs were cut from the DSP and added to the basket. TIP: Use some of the ones on the edges and tuck them in the basket or above other eggs so the cut portion doesn’t show!
- The small bunny was stamped twice and the chick three times with Memento Black Ink on Basic White cardstock and then colored with Lemon Lolly, Crumb Cake, Pumpkin Pie and Bubble Bath Stampin’ Blends. They were cut with the dies and added along the bottom with an extra egg.
- The grass was cut from Lemon Lime Twist cardstock and added in front of the basket.
- The greeting was stamped with Early Espresso Ink on Basic White and cut with the Three Banner Punch, then tucked under the bow with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Some blue Easter Assortment dots were added to the bow and scallop trim.
