This week’s Create with Connie and Mary Saturday Blog Hop theme is Happy You Are Here! Demos have had a chance to play with some preorder items over the past few weeks. Sending Smiles is one of my favorites! I love all the choices of greetings…and it is a floral set! lol! I’ve combined it with some retiring Resin Dots and DSP.
SENDING SMILES
Stampin’ Details:
- The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Thick Basic White cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
- A 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Mango Melody cardstock was added on top.
- The 2 x 4 piece of Flowering Fields Designer Paper was added towards the bottom.
- A Scallop Rectangle was cut from Basic White cardstock with the Scallop Contour Dies and added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- The stem of the flower was stamped with the new Parakeet Party Ink, the petals with Mango Melody Ink, the centers with Early Espresso Ink on Basic White cardstock, cut with the Sending Dies and added to the rectangle with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Some Wink of Stella was added to the petals.
- Sending was cut with the Dies from Early Espresso Cardstock.
- Comfort and Strength was stamped with Early Espresso Ink on Mango Melody cardstock and cut with the shorter label Sending Die.
- Three Playing with Patterns Resin Dots were added to the background.

What is the size of the of the rectangle was cut from Basic White card stock with the Scallop Contour Dies. I don’t have these dies?
I like the Mango Melody, I don’t believe I have ever used this color before.
