It’s Thursday and time for our Create with Stamping Friends challenge! It’s a holiday color challenge this week with metallics!
ORNAMENTAL CHRISTMAS
I told myself that I would use a different set than Ornamental Christmas for this challenge, but it just organically happened! I had a couple pieces already cut, so this card came together pretty quickly!
Stampin’ Details:
- The base is 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 Thick Basic White cardstock, scored at 4-1/4 and folded to form the base card.
- A 3-3/4 x 5 layer of Basic White cardstock was embossed with the Jolly Holly Embossing Folder and added to the front.
- A 2-3/4 x 4-1/2 piece of Modern Christmas Designer Paper was added at an angle on the front.
- The star from Ornamental Christmas Dies was cut from Gold Foil Paper and added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- The Ornamental Christmas greeting was stamped with Memento Black Ink on Basic White cardstock, then cut with the ornament die.
- The top of the ornament was cut form Gold Foil Paper and adhered to the top. The ornament was added to the front on top of the star with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Some Black & Gold Twine was tied in a bow and added to the ornament top.
- A trio of black Neutral Matte Dots were added in the background.
