Welcome to our Create with Stamping Friends Inspiration Monday challenges. This week’s inspiration is a colorful sea creative!
OCEAN FRIENDS
Of course, I had to use our Ocean Friends stamp set for my card! I love this bundle…so fun…and a nice departure from flowers!
Stampin’ Details:
- The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Basic Beige cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
- The 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Blueberry Bushel was embossed with the Soft Waves Embossing Folder and added to the front.
- A 2 x 4 piece of Timeless Plaid Designer Paper was added across the center.
- I cut the Basic Beige cardstock with the Everyday Arches Dies and stamped across the bottom with the coral image in Basic Beige Ink. It was added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- The large coral was cut from Basic White cardstock with the Ocean Friends Die and cut in half. I only used a portion of it on the arch.
- I stamped the lobster outline with Blueberry Bushel Ink on Basic White cardstock and the solid lobster with Azure Afternoon (I love the bright blue!) It was cut with the Ocean Friends Die and added to the arch with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- I omit stamped only the word Hello on a 1/2 x 2 strip of Basic White with Blueberry Bushel Ink and cut the end at an angle.
- A trio of Antique Pearls were added in the background.
- Some Linen Thread was tied in a bow and added to the coral with a Mini Glue Dot.
