Hello! It’s Thursday and you know that means it is time for a Create with Connie and Mary Thursday Challenge. It’s a bright and colorful Color Challenge!

EDEN’S GARDEN

Stampin’ Details:

The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Parakeet Party cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
The 3 x 5 Basic White cardstock is embossed with Splatters Embossing folder.
Four bands of Parakeet Party and Tahitian Tide 1/8 Metallic Ribbon are adhered to the back of the White.
A 3 x 4-1/2 piece of Celebrate Everything Designer Paper was cut with the Celebration Tag Dies and adhered on front.
The candles and balloons were cut from Tahitian Tide, Parakeet Party and Crushed Curry cardstock.
The white Celebration rectangle was cut with the Celebrations Dies.
The red/green Pearls were added to the balloons.

Creatively Simple 30 – Eden’s Garden

Welcome to Create with Connie and Mary’s Creatively Simple Challenge! Each month Mary and I will pick a theme…this month it is “Plants”, and we each create a simple card every Tuesday using that theme!

EDEN’S GARDEN

For the last “plants” card this month, I went looking for a stamp set that had a variety of branchy leaves. Eden’s Garden worked perfectly! Then I used some non-green colors to create this SIMPLE card! Anyone else going to miss Misty Moonlight? I love this blue and am very sad it is retiring with the rest of the 2021-22 In Colors! Crossing my fingers that they bring it back one day.

Stampin’ Details:

The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Misty Moonlight cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
A 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Crumb Cake cardstock is added on top.
The 3-3/4 x 5 layer of Basic White was stamped with one leaf branch from Eden’s Garden Stamp Set in Crumb Cake Ink randomly along the left side. Then stamped with another leaf branch in Misty Moonlight Ink. It was embossed with the Textile Textures Embossing Folder and then added to the front.
The greeting from Eden’s Garden was stamped with Misty Moonlight Ink on Basic White cardstock, then cut with the Hippo & Friends Die.
It was layered on another Hippo & Friends Die cut from Misty Moonlight cardstock. Both were popped up on the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
A trio of Matte Decorative Dots were added to the background.

Happy Monday! It’s time for our Create with Connie and Mary Inspiration Monday challenge! This week we have a pretty pillow for our inspiration piece!

EDEN’S GARDEN BUNDLE

Stampin’ Up!’s newest bundle is an EARLY RELEASE of the upcoming Eden’s Garden Stamp Set and Eden Des that will be available in the new January-June 2022 Mini Catalog! It is available for everone to order NOW, however the DSP and accessories are only while supplies last or January 3, 2022! I decided to use the colors in the inspiration piece along with this stamp set and dies for today’s card!

Stampin’ Details:

- The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Crumb Cake cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
- A 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Basic White is stamped in the lower left corner with the leaf cluster in Crumb Cake Ink several times randomly.
- The long bar is cut from Crumb Cake cardstock with the Eden Dies and added to the front.
- The flower cluster is stamped with Bumblebee Ink on Basic White cardstock, then hand-cut and added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Three of the leaf clusters were cut from Bumblebee cardstock with the Eden Dies and added under the flower.
- Sending Hugs from Eden’s Garden was stamped with Soft Suede Ink.
- Some Linen Thread was doubled and tied in a bow, then added to the center of the flower cluster with a Mini Glue Dot.
- A trio of Wonderful Gems were added to the background.
