Welcome to our Create with Stamping Friends Inspiration Monday challenges. This week’s inspiration is a batch of donuts!

MORE THAN AUTUMN

It has been a minute since I’ve used this bundle…but thought it would be fun to pull it out for this card! Easiest donuts I’ve ever made!

Stampin’ Details:

The base is 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 Petunia Pop cardstock, scored at 4-1/4 and folded to form the base card.
A 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Cute as Can Bee Designer Paper was added on top.
The 3 x 4-1/4 piece of Basic White cardstock was embossed with the Forever Plaid Embossing Folder and added to the front.
Four donuts were stamped with Memento Black Ink on Basic White cardstock and colored with Summer Splash, Lemon Lolly, Petunia Pop, Highland Heather and Crumb Cake Stampin’ Blends. They were cut with the More Than Autumn Dies and added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
A 3/8 x 2 strip of Lemon Lolly was stamped with the greeting in Memento Black Ink and the ends cut at an angle. It was layered on a 1/2 x 2-1/2 strip of Petunia Pop cardstock, then added to the front of the base card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Doughnuts (why the different spelling???) was stamped with Memento Black Ink on Lemon Lolly cardstock and hand-cut around the letters, then added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Some Linen Thread was tied in a bow and added to the front with a Mini Glue Dot.
A trio of Starburst Sequins were added to the background.

CS170 – More than Autumn

Welcome to Create with Stamping Friends Creatively Simple Challenge! Each month Debbie and I will pick a theme for our simple cards. Our theme for December is Season’s Greetings! Still time to make those Christmas cards!

MORE THAN AUTUMN

This card was fun and easy to make…hardest part was cutting out the six gingerbread men with the little Die! lol!

Stampin’ Details:

The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Real Red cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
A 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Basic White cardstock was added on top.
A 3 x 4 piece of red polka dot Take a Bow Designer Paper was added across the front with a coordinating 1-1/2 x 4 red stripe DSP added on top of it.
The greeting from Sweetest Star stamp set, stamped in Real Red, was perfect for a “baking” card.
The cookie sheet was cut with the large Something Fancy Die from Smoky Slate cardstock and the two ends bent upwards. It was PERFECT, too! It was added on the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Six little gingerbreads from the More Than Autumn stamp set were stamped with Memento Black Ink on Basic White, colored with Pecan Pie Stampin’ Blends, and cut with the More Than Autumn Die. They were added to the cookie sheet with Mini Glue Dots.
Some Real Red & White Baker’s Twine was tied in a bow and added to the corner of the baking sheet.
A few Real Red & White Adhesive Backed Peppermints were added to the background!

CSF837 – More Than Autumn

It’s Thursday and you know that means it is time for a Create with Stamping Friends Thursday Challenge. We have another fun sketch for you to try this week!

MORE THAN AUTUMN

I’ve been wanting to get this idea out of my head ever since I created the little peppermint snowman latte card earlier! Here’s a fall apple cider scarecrow card! Isn’t it fun?

Stampin’ Details:

The base is 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 Copper Clay cardstock, scored at 4-1/4 and folded.
The 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Petal Pink was embossed with the Leaf Fall Embossing Folder (Online Exclusive).
A 2 x 5-1/4 piece of Sweet Days of Autumn (Online Exclusive) Designer Paper was added along the bottom, with a coordinating 1/4 x 5-1/4 strip of Sweet Days of Autumn Designer Paper to cover the seam.
The largest Stylish Shapes Circle was cut from Basic Beige cardstock and stamped with the Hello Fall greeting in Early Espresso Ink. It was added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
The cider cup, apple and whipped cream “hat” were stamped with Memento Black Ink on Basic White cardstock and colored with Copper Clay, Boho Blue, Real Red and Old Olive Stampin’ Blends. They were cut with the More Than Autumn Dies.
The face is the second from smallest Stylish Shapes circle cut from Crumb Cake cardstock with Basic Black 1/8″ circle eyes and a hand-cut triangle nose from Pumpkin Pie cardstock. The crosses were made with the Basic Black Marker.
The straw “hair” is Daffodil Delight fringed with scissors and added to the top of the head.
A hat band was hand-cut from Copper Clay cardstock and added to the hat.
The “sunflower” is a snowflake cut from Daffodil Delight cardstock with the Snowy Wonder Dies and a 1/8″ Basic Black circle added inside.
The leaves were cut with the Die from Copper Clay, Daffodil Delight and Old Olive cardstock and tucked around the cup.
A trio of copper Faux Glass Dots were added to the circle background.
Tiny dots of White Gel Pen for the eyes.

IM350 – More Than Autumn

Welcome to our Create with Stamping Friends Inspiration Monday challenges. This week’s inspiration challenge is a warm mug of hot cocoa!

MORE THAN AUTUMN

I’ve been wanting to use the More Than Autumn Bundle with the A Little Latte Designer Paper, so here was my chance! I’ve combined it with the Changing Leaves stamp set, too, so I had some leaves to use.

Stampin’ Details:

The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Calypso Coral cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and 6-3/4 and folded in half. The smaller panel was then adhered to itself to form the “book binding”.
A 1 x 4 piece of the plaid A Latte Love DSP was added to the spine and a 4 x 4 of brown swirls was added to the larger panel.
The Changing Leaves maple leaf was stamped with Pecan Pie Ink on Calypso Coral cardstock and another on Lemon Lolly cardstock. They were colored with Dark Pumpkin Pie, Light Poppy Parade and Dark Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends in a random pattern, so they looked mosaic. The leaves were cut with the Changing Leaves Dies and added to the bottom of the wider panel.
The mug was hand-cut from the A Little Latte DSP and added on top of the leaves.
Two branches were cut from Early Espresso cardstock and tucked around the mug and leaves.
The marshmallows from More Than Autumn were stamped with Pecan Pie Ink and cut with the More Than Autumn Die. The marshmallows were lightly colored with Light Crumb Cake Stampin’ Blends. They were added to the top of the mug.
Nothing’s Better Than was stamped with Pecan Pie Ink on Petal Pink cardstock and cut with the larger label in the Changing Leaves Dies. It was added to the top with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Autumn & Hot Cocoa were also stamped with Pecan Pie Ink on Petal Pink cardstock and hand-cut, then added to the front around the mug with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
A trio of Copper and Brown Neutrals Adhesive Backed Sequins were added to the background.

CSF833 – More Than Autumn

It’s Thursday and you know that means it is time for a Create with Stamping Friends Thursday Challenge. It’s another fun sketch challenge!

MORE THAN AUTUMN

I still have my More Than Autumn Bundle out on my desk, so grabbed it again to make this fun card! Don’t you love the snowman peppermint latte? Looks yummy to me!

Stampin’ Details:

The base is 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 Bubble Bath cardstock, scored at 4-1/4 and folded.
The 2-1/2 x 5-1/2 piece of Iconic Celebrations 6×6 Designer Paper was added to a 2-3/4 x 5-1/2 piece of Cherry Cobbler cardstock, then added to the front.
The circle was cut from Basic Beige cardstock using the Everyday Details Dies and added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
The cup and candy cane were stamped with Memento Black Ink on Basic White cardstock and colored with Bubble Bath and Light Cherry Cobbler Stampin’ Blends. They were cut with the dies and added to the bottom of the circle.
The small heart was cut from Cherry Cobbler cardstock with the More Than Autumn Die and added to the cup.
The snowman face was cut with the smallest circle from Basic White cardstock with the Everyday Details Die. The eyes are 1/8″ circle from Basic Black and highlighted with a White Gel Pen. The nose is a leftover piece from the word “pumpkin” from the More Than Autumn Dies (from the p). The mouth was drawn with the Basic Black Marker. It was added to the cup on the card front.
The whipped cream was stamped with Memento Black Ink on Bubble Bath cardstock and the sprinkles with Cherry Cobbler Ink. It was cut with the More Than Autumn Die and added to the top of the snowman face, along with the candy cane.
A Warm Hello from Filled with Cheer Stamp Set was stamped with Memento Black Ink on a 1/2 x 2 piece of Bubble Bath cardstock and added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Three Real Red & White Adhesive Backed Peppermints were added to the background.
Some Red & White Baker’s Twine was tied in a bow and added to the corner of the cup.

It’s Thursday and you know that means it is time for a Create with Stamping Friends Thursday Challenge. It’s a pretty color challenge this week!

MORE THAN AUTUMN

This is such a FUN set in the upcoming Mini Catalog with LOTS of options for the holidays! Some of our favorite desserts for the holidays are Pumpkin Pie, Lemon Pie and Chocolate Pie! Two of the colors today reminded me of PIE!

Stampin’ Details:

The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Thick Basic White cardstock scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
I added a 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Mediterranean Blooms Designer Paper.
Next are two 3/4 x 5-1/4 strips of Lemon Lolly and Pumpkin Pie cardstocks added down the center.
I embossed the 3-1/2 x 3-1/2 square of Basic White cardstock with the So Swirly Embossing Folder and added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I stamped the pie slice and the top of the whipped cream four times with Memento Black Ink on Basic White cardstock, then cut the pie slice with the die and hand-cut just the top of the whipped cream for each slice. They were colored with Lemon Lolly and Pumpkin Pie with the Crust in Dark Crumb Cake Stampin’ Blends. They were added to the square with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
The greeting was stamped on Pumpkin Pie and Lemon Lolly cardstock with Memento Black Ink, then trimmed and added to the middle with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I added a trio of yellow Shiny Adhesive Backed Sequins to the background for a little bling.
