It’s Thursday and you know that means it is time for a Create with Stamping Friends Thursday Challenge. It’s a bright color challenge this week!
SNOWMAN HUGS
I had fun with these colors and using them with my Snowman Hugs stamp set! This could be a Christmas card, a birthday card, or any occasion type of card! Who doesn’t love a “sandman”! I did have to add the neutral Crumb Cake to have it make sense.
Stampin’ Details:
- The base is 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 Poppy Parade cardstock, scored at 4-1/4 and folded.
- A 1-1/2 x 5-1/4 piece of Crumb Cake was torn across the top. It was stamped with the sand lines in Petal Pink randomly across the front.
- The “sand” was added to a 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Petal Pink cardstock.
- A 2 x 3 piece of Snowy Scenes DSP was cut at the bottom to a banner shape and added to the left side.
- The “sandman” was stamped with Memento Black Ink on Basic White cardstock and colored with Daffodil Delight, Crumb Cake, Poppy Parade and Petal Pink, Pumpkin Pie Stampin’ Blends Combos. He was hand-cut and added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- The greeting from Snowman Hugs stamp set was stamped with Memento Black Ink on 3/4 x 3 Basic White cardstock and the end cut at an angle. It was added over the banner with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Some Shiny Adhesive Backed Sequins were added to the label and background.
