We have a new Creatively Simple theme for the month of May called “Botanicals”!
LILY OF THE VALLEY
This Lily of the Valley bundle is so delicate looking! I couldn’t wait to use it on this peek-a-boo card!
- The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Thick Basic White cardstock. The center of the front is cut with the Scalloped Blooms Die. It is also scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
- The greeting is stamped under the circle with Hydrangea Hue Ink.
- A 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Bloom Boutique DSP was added to the INSIDE so that it peeks through to the front.
- The lily and leaves images were stamped with Peaceful Pine Ink on Basic White cardstock and watercolored with Hydrangea Hue and Peaceful Pine Inks. The top and bottom of the flower was adhered above and below the scallop circle. The leaves were adhered to the bottom and side of the circle.
- Some Linen Thread was tied in a bow and adhered with a Mini Glue Dot to the bottom of the flower.
- A trio of Antique Pearls were added to the background.
