It’s Thursday and you know that means it is time for a Create with Connie and Mary Thursday Challenge. This week is a fun sketch challenge.
I couldn’t resist getting this new swimsuit stamp set in the Annual Catalog called Sunny Splash! The images are just SO fun! So, I substituted the swimsuits for the square in the sketch!
- The base is 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 Thick Basic White cardstock, scored at 4-1/4 and folded.
- The 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Starry Sky was embossed with the Gingham Embossing Folder.
- A 1-1/4 x 5-1/4 strip of Butterfly Kisses DSP was added across the front.
- The swimsuits were stamped in the colors of the DSP…Fresh Freesia, Crushed Curry, Calypso Coral and Parakeet Party, then hand-cut and added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- The palm fronds from Palms Dies were cut from Parakeet Party cardstock and added in the upper left corner.
- The greeting was stamped with Starry Sky Ink on 3/4 x 3 Basic White cardstock and added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Some Fun Flowers Resin Shapes were added to the swimsuits for a little bling!
