This week’s CCM Saturday Blog Hop theme is “It’s Beginning to Look a lot like Christmas!”.  And one of the exciting things about Christmas is wrapping and opening gifts, right?  So, I created a gift package from DSP.  Can you tell what I used for the bow?

COTTAGE WREATHS

Stampin’ Details:

• The base is 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 Thick Basic White cardstock, scored at 4-1/4 and folded.
• The 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Pool Party cardstock is embossed with the Whimsical Woodlands Embossing Folder and added to the front.
• A 3/4 x 5-1/4 strip of Sweetest Christmas polka dot print along the bottom.
• I cut a 2-1/4 x 2-1/2 striped Sweetest Christmas DSP for the gift.
• I added two cross strips of 1/4″ Red Glimmer Paper and added the gift to the front.
• The background of the bow was cut from Poppy Parade cardstock using the Build A Butterfly Dies and the striped detail cut from Red Glimmer Paper with the Dies.  It was added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals at the top of the present.
• Merry Christmas from Cottage Wreaths stamp set was stamped with Garden Green Ink on 1/2 x 2-1/2 strip of Basic White cardstock, then cut with a flag end.  It was added with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the gift.
• Three Iridescent Rhinestones were added to the background for a little bling and one to the center of the bow.
