PRETTY POINSETTIA (Sunflower)
I love using my stamps and dies for purposes other than the original intention! I thought the poinsettia would also make a pretty sunflower!
- The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Golden Glow cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
- A 3-1/4 x 4-3/4 piece of Sunflower Fields DSP (available Sept 1 for customers) was added in the center.
- A coordinating 1-1/4 x 4 piece of Sunflower Fields DSP was added across the top.
- Two of the medium sized Pretty Poinsettia petals were cut with the die from Daffodil Delight cardstock and brushed with Golden Glow Ink along the edges. They were adhered together.
- The small circle from Stylish Shapes Dies was cut from Early Espresso cardstock and added to the center.
- The leaf branch from Pretty Poinsettia Dies was cut from Old Olive cardstock and brushed with Mossy Meadow Ink. It was added across the DSP with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the sunflower added on top.
- Celebrate from Banner Sayings was stamped with Early Espresso Ink on Basic White cardstock and cut with the Three Banner Punch. It was tucked over the leaves.
- A trio of white Shimmering Dots were added to the center of the sunflower and one next to the end of the greeting.
