Here’s the card I selected from her posts.
SIMPLY BEAUITFUL
I love the color combination on Libby’s card! She used stamped flower images on hers, while I used the dies from the Simply Beautiful Dies to create my flowers.
Stampin’ Details:
- The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Summer Splash cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
- A 3-1/2 x 4-3/4 layer of Lemon Lime Twist cardstock was placed off center towards the right side.
- The 3 x 4-1/4 panel of Basic White was cut about two-thirds and adhered to the front towards the right side again.
- The leaves were stamped with Memento Black Ink on Lemon Lime Twist cardstock and cut with the Die.
- Two of the flowers were cut from Flirty Flamingo cardstock and one from Summer Splash cardstock. The stamens were cut in the opposite colors and adhered all together. They were added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the leaves tucked under them.
- The greeting was omit stamped with Summer Splash Ink by inking only the “thinking” first, then inking only “of you” separately and below the other on a 1 x 2 piece of Basic White cardstock. The end was cut into a banner.
- A trio of pink Pearlized Faceted Circles were added to the background and a large white Pearlized Faceted Circle to the center of each flower.
