Welcome to our Create with Stamping Friends Inspiration Monday challenges. This week’s inspiration is a photo of pretty golden leaves!
SIMPLY LEAVES
I love the new Simply Leaves Bundle for a couple reasons! One…because it is leaves…two…because there are a variety of prints on the leaves! And since they are stylized images, they are lots of fun!
Stampin’ Details:
- The base is 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 Golden Glow cardstock, scored at 4-1/4 and folded.
- The 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Very Vanilla cardstock was embossed with the leaves Seasonal Cheer Mini Embossing Folder across the center.
- Two 1/2 x 5-1/4 strips of Country Woods Designer Paper were added at the top and bottom of the Very Vanilla, then the layer added to the base card.
- Two polka dot leaf images were stamped with Golden Glow Ink on Very Vanilla and the veins with Early Espresso Ink, then punched.
- Two slash leaf images were stamped with Golden Glow Ink on Very Vanilla and punched.
- The small, checked leaf was stamped with Golden Glow and hand-cut.
- All were added across the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- The greeting from Simply Leaves was stamped with Early Espresso Ink on 1/2 x 3-1/2 strip of Golden Glow cardstock, then the ends cut at an angle. It was added to the front flat.
- A trio of Earthy Matte Dots were added to the leaves.
