Welcome to our Create with Stamping Friends Inspiration Monday challenges.  This week’s inspiration is a rainbow of hearts!

ENDLESS LOVE

I love the little scribble heart in the Endless Love stamp set, so I used it to make a rainbow of hearts across my 3-1/2 x 8-1/2 slimline card!  I used the contrasting black to make the colors pop!

Stampin’ Details:

  • The base is 7 x 8-1/2 Real Red cardstock, scored at 3-1/2 and folded.
  •  3-1/4 x 8-1/4 layer of Basic Black cardstock was added on top.
  • The 3 x 8 layer of Basic White cardstock was stamped with the scribble heart image in Real Red, Lemon Lime Twist, Daffodil Delight, Pumpkin Pie and Highland Heather inks across the center.
  • The Sending You greeting was stamped with Real Red Ink in the lower right corner.
  • The arrow and XO are cut with the Endless Love Dies from Basic Black cardstock and adhered on the front.
  • A small red heart was cut with the Die from Real Red cardstock and adhered over the arrow with a Mini Glue Dot.

Saturday Blog Hop – I Heart You!

It’s Saturday and time for our Create with Stamping Friends Blog Hop!  This week’s challenge is “I Heart You”!  We are getting close to Valentine’s Day…I need to get my cards in the mail to my grandchildren!  Not sure which one will get this one!

VALENTINE KISSES

Stampin’ Details:

  • The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Strawberry Slush cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
  • The 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Basic White is embossed with the Hearts of Love Embossing Folder and added to the front.
  • A 3/4 x 4 strip of Made with Love DSP was added to the bottom of the Basic White cardstock.
  • Two scribble hearts were stamped with Strawberry Slush Ink on Basic White cardstock and cut with the Endless Love Die.
  • XO was cut twice, the cluster of hearts, and the row of hearts with the Endless Love Dies from Strawberry Slush cardstock.
  • The bear from Valentine Kisses was stamped with Early Espresso Ink on Crumb Cake cardstock and cut with the Valentine Kisses Die.  The muzzle was colored with Dark Crumb Cake Blends and the ears/cheeks with Dark Bubble Bath Stampin’ Blends.
  • The larger heart was cut from Strawberry Slush cardstock with the Valentine Kisses Die and tucked in the bear’s arms (LOVE that detail!)
  • The bear and large scribble hearts were added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • The smaller solid hearts were glued to the background.
  • A trio of Loose Valentine’s Assortment of hearts were added to the larger hearts.

Saturday Blog Hop – Masculine Love

It’s Saturday and time for another Create with Stamping Friends Blog Hop!  This week’s challenge is “Masculine Love”.  Let’s celebrate those men or boys in our life!

ENDLESS LOVE

Stampin’ Details:

  • The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Pretty Peacock cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
  • The top two thirds of the 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Crumb Cake cardstock was embossed with the Forever Plaid Embossing Folder and added to the front.
  • The large and small hearts were cut with the Endless Love Dies from the Nature’s Walk DSP.
  • Linen Thread was wrapped several times around the large heart and secured in the back.  The hearts were added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • The small heart was cut from Pretty Peacock with the Valentine Kisses Die and added and the cross point of the Linen Thread.
  • The greeting from Valentine Kisses was stamped with Pretty Peacock Ink along the bottom.
  • A trio of Earthy Matte Dots were added to the hearts.

Saturday Blog Hop – All About Love

It’s Saturday and time for our Create with Stamping Friends Blog Hop!  This week’s challenge is “All About Love”.

NATURE’S SYMPHONY

I used Nature’s Symphony stamps with the Endless Love Dies for today’s card!  Gives a different look for a Valentine’s Day card, doesn’t it?

Stampin’ Details:

  • The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Real Red cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
  • A 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Garden Green cardstock was added on top.
  • The 3-3/4 x 5 Basic White cardstock was stamped with the greenery image in Garden Green Ink in the center and the greeting with Memento Black Ink in the lower right corner.
  • The center heart was cut with the die from Made with Love DSP and added to the branch with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • The arrow was cut from Basic Black cardstock with the Die and adhered over the heart.
  • The small cluster of hearts were cut from Real Red cardstock with the dies and adhered around the center heart on the branches and one over the middle of the arrow.
  • Some Real Red & White Baker’s Twine was tied in a bow and added to the stem.
  • The pink Pearlized Faceted Circles were added to the branches and the arrow end for a little bling!

Our Creatively Simple theme this month is “Patterns”!  Stampin’ Up! has fabulous designer paper with patterns.  I used a Valentine one for this week!

ENDLESS LOVE

Stampin’ Details:

  • The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Thick Basic White cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
  • A 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Made with Love DSP is added to the front.
  • The 2-3/4 x 4-1/4 piece of Flirty Flamingo cardstock was cut with the tag heart from Endless Love Dies towards the top.  It was added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • The XO and arrow were cut from Basic Gray cardstock and added around the heart.
  • The greeting from Endless Love stamp set was stamped with Real Red Ink on Basic White cardstock and cut with the tag from the Endless Love Dies.  It was added under the heart with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • A small heart was cut with the Die from Real Red cardstock and added next to the greeting.
  • Two hearts from the Loose Valentine’s Assortment were added next to the greeting.

Our Creatively Simple theme this month is “All You Need is Love”!   Could be love at Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Wedding, Anniversary…so many ways to express love!

ENDLESS LOVE

I’m using one of the upcoming love sets, Endless Love for today’s card!  There are greetings for every day, wedding, and Valentine’s, too!

Stampin’ Details:

  • The base is 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 Flirty Flamingo cardstock, scored at 4-1/4 and folded.  
  • A 4 x 5-1/4 layer or Real Red cardstock is on top.
  • The Made with Love Designer paper was cut to the following and adhered on front leaving approx. 1/8″ margins:
    • Stripe:  1-1/4 x 3-3/4
    • XOs:  2-5/8 x 3-5/8
    • Arrows:  1 x 3-5/8
  • TIP:  Cut three 3-3/4 x 5 DSP pieces in different patterns, swap the designs and make three cards at once!
  • The heart tag was cut with the Endless Love Die from Flirty Flamingo cardstock and stamped with the string heart with Real Red Ink.
  • Some Real Red & White Baker’s Twine was tied in a bow at the top of the tag and then added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • Hugs & Kisses was stamped with Real Red on Basic White cardstock and cut with the label die.  It was added to the heart tag with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • Two pink Loose Valentine’s hearts were added to cover the tag hole.

IM415 – Endless Love

Welcome to our Create with Stamping Friends Inspiration Monday challenges.  This week’s inspiration is a colorful heart print!

ENDLESS LOVE

I found some variegated designer paper in the Splash of Sparkles Designer Paper!  It is hard to tell in the photos, but it has a mottled metallic finish, so it really has a variety of colors in it because of the reflection!

Stampin’ Details:

  • The base is 4-1//4 x 11 Lost Lagoon cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
  • The 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Berry Burst cardstock was embossed with the Hearts of Love Embossing Folder and added to the front.
  • The large Endless Heart was cut with the die from the Splash of Sparkles DSP and added to the front on an angle with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • The large arrow and XO were cut with the dies from Lost Lagoon cardstock and the arrow cut in half, then added behind the large heart.
  • The small heart was stamped with Berry Burst Ink on Bubble Bath cardstock and cut with the small heart die.  It was added next to the large heart.  The XO was adhered on top.
  • The Sending You greeting was stamped with Lost Lagoon Ink on 1/2 x 3 strip of Basic White cardstock and the ends cut at an angle.  It was added to the large heart with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • The leftover Lost Lagoon heart (from the O) was added at the top background and two Loose Valentine’s Assortment hearts were added to the large heart and the bottom background.
