FERN & FLORA
I really do LOVE all the In Colors this year! Peaceful Pine is the one that stands out the most for me…and the one I’ve used the most so far! The new Fern & Flora Bundle was a perfect choice to use it on!
Stampin’ Details:
- The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Peaceful Pine cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
- The 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Basic White cardstock was embossed with the Fern & Flora Embossing Folder and the deboss area was swiped several times with Peaceful Pine Ink pad across it. I love how it leaves the indentations white!
- A 1-1/2 x 4-1/4 strip of Basic Beige cardstock was stamped with the outline banner and greeting with Peaceful Pink Ink towards the right side.
- The bush image was cut with the Die from Peaceful Pine cardstock and added to the left of the greeting.
- The fiddlestick image was cut with the Die from Gold Metallic Paper and added over the Pine one with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- The moth was stamped with Memento Black Ink on Basic White cardstock and watercolored with Peaceful Pine Ink. It was cut with the Die and adhered over the greeting.
- Some 3/8″ White & Gold Ribbon was tied in a bow and added to the bottom of the stem with Mini Glue Dots.
- Some Adhesive Backed Metallic Gems were added to the background and the moth body.
Yep…definitely my favorite! I think this color fills in the gap of greens in SU’s lineup!
