Welcome to Create with Connie and Mary’s Creatively Simple Challenge! Each month Mary and I will pick a theme. This month the theme is Monochromatic cards!
SENDING CHEER
Stampin’ Details:
- The base is 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 Poppy Parade cardstock, scored at 4-1/4 and folded.
- The 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Basic White cardstock was added on top.
- A 2 x 4 strip of Merry Bold & Bright DSP was added towards the left side.
- The tag from Sending Cheer Dies was cut from Basic Black cardstock and tied with Sweet Sorbet In Color Baker’s Twine in a bow.
- Santa was Here from Merry & Bright stamp set was stamped with Poppy Parade Ink on 1 x 1-3/4 piece of Basic White cardstock. I hand snipped the corners to angle them and adhered to the Basic Black tag. The tag was added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Santa’s hat was cut from Poppy Parade cardstock and the trim and pom-pom from Basic White. Wink of Stella was used on the trim and pom-pom. It was added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- A trio of white Adhesive Backed Glitter Sequins were added to the background.
