Tea Together Favor

I tucked these little Tea Together Favors in with the Tea Together Collection kits I mailed out as a little treat!  Inside is a Cinnamon Tea Bag that perfectly matched the colors of my Petal Pink cardstock!  Hope the recipients enjoyed them!

Stampin’ Details:

  • The base of the favor is 2 x 9-1/2 Whisper White cardstock, scored at 4-1/2 and 5, then punched with the Scallop Tag Topper Punch on each end.  Ty
  • A 1-3/4 x 3 piece of the Vellum printed DSP in Floral Romance Designer Paper was added to the front with a couple glue dots.
  • The Petal Pink Metallic Ribbon was fed thru the holes and tied with the Silver & Petal Pink Baker’s Twine.
  • The teacup from Tea Together stamp set was stamped with Memento Black Ink on Petal Pink cardstock and cut with the Tea Time Framelits, then added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • The flower from Tea Together stamp set was stamped with Memento Black Ink on Whisper White cardstock and colored with Light Lovely Lipstick and Old Olive Stampin’ Blends.  It was cut with the Tea Time Framelits and added to the teacup with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • A colored pearl was added to the center of the flower.

Happy Thursday! Time for another Create with Connie and Mary Thursday challenge…this time a fabulous sketch!

I decided to use the Tea Together stamp set and Tea Time Framelits on my card today.  Did you know you can get the Tea Time Framelits FREE during Sale-A-Bration?

 

Stampin’ Details:

  • The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Granny Apple Green cardstock scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
  • The 3-3/4 x 5 piece of Whisper White cardstock was embossed with the Subtles Embossing Folder and added to the base card.
  • A 1-1/4 x 4 piece of Gingham DSP was added across the front.
  • Then a 1/4 x 4-1/4 piece of Daffodil Delight cardstock was added on top of the DSP.
  • The teapot was stamped with Bermuda Bay Ink on Bermuda Bay cardstock and cut with the Tea Time Framelits
  • The Mother’s Day greeting was stamped in the center with Memento Black Ink, then the teapot added to the base card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • Two rose clusters were stamped with Bermuda Bay Ink on scrap Whisper White, then colored with Daffodil Delight and Granny Apple Green Blends.  They were cut with the Tea Time Framelits.  One was added on top of the teapot and the other under the handle with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

It’s Monday and time for another Inspiration Monday on Create with Connie and Mary!  LOVE the yellow and white stripes on these candies/cookies, or whatever they are!

 

TEA TOGETHER

I just purchased the Tea Together stamp set after I got the coordinating Framelits for free with SAB rewards!  Since they were be in the new Annual catalog coming out in June, I thought they would be nice to have on hand.  Maybe my grand-daughter will want a tea party one day!  lol!  I also like a hot cup of tea in the afternoon after lunch!

 

Stampin’ Details:

  • The base is 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 Daffodil Delight cardstock, scored at 4-1/4 and folded.
  • On top is a 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Whisper White cardstock.
  • A 1-3/4 x 5-1/4 piece of Brights Designer Paper in the Daffodil Delight stripe was added to the bottom of the Whisper White cardstock and the Daffodil Delight Sheer Ribbon (FREE SAB selection) was wrapped around and tied in a bow on the front.
  • The teapot from Tea Together stamp set was stamped with Memento Black on Daffodil Delight cardstock, then the handle, lid, base and spout were colored with Mango Melody Stampin’ Blends!  I love the contrast of colors!  It was cut with the Tea Time Framelits (FREE SAB!)
  • The flowers were stamped with Memento Black Ink on scrap Whisper White cardstock, then outlined with the Daffodil Delight Blends Marker, and leaves with Granny Apple Green Blends.  They were cut with the Tea Time Framelits and added to the teapot with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • In the center of the flowers are small green Glitter Dots.
  • The greeting from Tea Together was stamped in the background with Memento Black Ink.
