You Plus Me

It’s Day 2 of the Create with Connie and Mary Valentine Collection 2015 and both Mary and I have done up another card using either the Hey, Valentine or You Plus Me stamp sets. We are featuring both of these sets and the Stacked with Love Designer Paper Pack in our projects for the Valentine Collection.

Today I used You Plus Me to create this fun card!

Here are the details:

The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Whisper White, folded in half.
I embossed the 3-3/4 x 5 layer of Pink Pirouette with the Happy Heart Embossing Folder
I cut a 2 x 3-3/4 piece of Rose Red cardstock and used the new Confetti Heart Border Punch on it. Then I used the scrap “hearts” randomly sprinkled across the top portion of the embossed Pink Pirouette cardstock.
Be Mine was stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento Pad.
I added a 1/4 x 2 1/2 strip of Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper to the bottom of the Rose Red.
I stamped a Rose Red heart on scrap Whisper White, then punched with the heart from the Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack and adhered it over the Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper strip.
