It’s Saturday and time for our Create with Stamping Friends Blog Hop. This week’s theme is “Case Yourself’. Our assignment was to find a card that is a couple years old and redo it with current products! I found this one I made back in October 2023.
Thanks & Giving
I used the new Thanks & Giving stamp set (coming out September 1st for customers) on my recreated card!
Stampin’ Details:
- The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Pecan Pie cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
- A 3-1/4 x 4-1/4 fall print from Autumn Opulence DSP was added at an angle on the front.
- The 3 x 4 coordinating medallion print from Autumn Opulence DSP was added at the opposite angle.
- The Thanks & Giving wreath was stamped with Basic Black Ink on Basic White cardstock and colored with Golden Glow, Lost Lagoon and Cajun Craze Stampin’ Blends. It was hand-cut and added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Grateful from Thanks & Giving Stamp Set was stamped on 1/2 x 1-1/4 piece of Basic White cardstock with Cajun Craze Ink and cut at an angle. It was added on the side of the wreath.
- A small bow was made with the 3/8″ Golden Glow Bordered Ribbon and added to the wreath with Mini Glue Dots
- A trio of Earthy Matte Dots were added to the medallion DSP background.
I think that is a pretty good update, don’t you? I love the prints in the new Autumn Opulence DSP!
