CCMC756 – Easter Bunny

It’s Thursday and you know that means it is time for a Create with Connie and Mary Thursday Challenge. This week is a bright color challenge!

EASTER BUNNY

I know I’ve said it before, but these bunnies are just darling!

Stampin’ Details:

The base is 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 Shaded Spruce cardstock, scored at 4-1/4 and folded.
A 2-3/4 x 5 piece of red floral Regency Park DSP was added down the center.
The 2-1/4 x 4-1/4 of polka dot Regency Park DSP was wrapped with White Crinkled Ribbon and tied in a bow, then added towards the left side.
The ovals from the Framed Florets Dies were cut from Basic White cardstock.
The oval center portion was stamped with the Easter Bunny in Memento Black Ink and colored with Light Smoky Slate and Light Flirty Flamingo Stampin’ Blends for the ear and cheek.
The grass was stamped with Shaded Spruce Ink along the bottom and colored with Shaded Spruce Stampin’ Blends.
The flowers were stamped with Memento Black Ink on scrap Basic White cardstock and colored with Sweet Sorbet, Daffodil Delight and Shaded Spruce Stampin’ Blends, then trimmed and adhered to the neck.
The ovals were added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
A trio of Iridescent Rhinestones were added to the background of the oval and one in the center of the large flower.
The greeting from Easter Bunny was stamped with Memento Black Ink on 1/2 x 2-1/2 Sweet Sorbet cardstock, then end cut at an angle.

CS65 – Merriest Moments

Welcome to Create with Connie and Mary’s Creatively Simple Challenge! Each month Mary and I will pick a theme…this month it is “Celebrate Holidays”, and we each create a simple card every Tuesday in November using that theme!

MERRIEST MOMENTS

Today’s card combines new product with a favorite set from last year! I used Merriest Moments a TON last Christmas season. I love the poinsettias! I thought it would be perfect to pair with the heart frame using the Framed Florets Dies that are available to order now, but will be in the new January-April Mini Catalog!

Stampin’ Details:

Base is 4-1/4 x 11 Real Red cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
The 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Basic White cardstock was cut with the heart oval frame from Framed Florets Dies, then adhered to the front.
The center portion of another smaller oval was cut from Brushed Metallic gold cardstock and stamped with the greeting from Merriest Moments in Stazon Ink. TIP: Immediately clean your photopolymer stamp with an alcohol swab and then rinse with the Stampin’ Mist to clean and prevent the black from staining.
The large and small poinsettia from Merriest Moments Stamp Set were stamped with Real Red Ink and two large and one small leaf with Garden Green Ink on Basic White cardstock and cut with the Merriest Frames Dies (on sale Dec 1 for 60% off!!!). They were added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Gold Seasonal Sequins were added to the center of the poinsettias.

CCM Saturday Blog Hop – Thank You

This week’s CCM Saturday Blog Hop theme is “Thank You”! We are getting to the time of year where I personally send out a LOT of thank you notes! I still have a stack of thank you notes that I need to write from when I was sick! This was a simple one to make, but I love how it turned out. I’ve used the new Framed Florets Bundle and is available as an early release, but the stamp set and dies will be in the new Jan-June 2023 Mini Catalog!

Stampin’ Details:

The base is 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 Pumpkin Pie cardstock, scored at 4-1/4 and folded.
The 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Basic White cardstock was stamped with the Framed Florets leaves branch twice in the lower left corner (leaving space for the flowers) and once in the lower right corner with Soft Suede Ink.
The greeting from Framed Florets was stamped with Pumpkin Pie Ink.
The two flowers and leaves were stamped with Soft Suede Ink on scrap Basic White cardstock, cut with the Framed Florets Dies, then colored with the Daffodil Delight, Pumpkin Pie and SU500 Stampin’ Blends. It was popped up on the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
A trio of Champagne Rhinestones were added to the background.

CS61 – Celebrate Everything

CELEBRATE EVERYTHING

Other than the greeting from Framed & Festive, there is NO other stamping on here! The Celebrate Everything Designer Paper does all the work. I love this pattern with all the little ornaments! It is certainly “jolly”!

Stampin’ Details:

Base is 4-1/4 x 11 Polished Pink cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
A 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Celebrate Everything ornament pattern was added on front.
A 1-1/4 x 4 piece of coordinating Celebrate Everything DSP was added to a 1-1/2 x 4 piece of Metallic Silver cardstock, then added across the front.
The Framed Florets oval die was cut from Polished Pink and Basic White cardstocks. The center white oval was stamped with the Framed & Festive greeting in Polished Pink Ink. (This early release bundle is NOW AVAILABLE to order!) The outside Polished Pink oval was adhered to the front and the Basic White greeting oval was added inside with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
One of the little ornaments was cut from the DSP and added under the greeting with a Stampin’ Dimensional.
Some Simply Elegant Silver Trim was tied in a bow and added to the top of the ornament with a Mini Glue Dot.

IM251 – Framed Florets

It’s time for our Create with Connie and Mary Inspiration Monday challenge. Our yarn colors were taken from a fall florals window box! So pretty! I’ve always wanted to have flower boxes on the front of my house!

FRAMED FLORETS

Here’s what I did with the inspiration! I combined the new Framed Florets Bundle with the Hello Harvest pumpkin!

Stampin’ Details:

- The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Soft Sea Foam cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
- A 2 x 5-1/2 piece of pink metallic Splendid Day Designer Paper was added to the right side.
- The ovals from Framed Florets Dies were cut from Very Vanilla and Gorgeous Grape cardstocks. The Very Vanilla was stamped with the Framed Florets greeting in Melon Mambo Ink towards the top.
- The pumpkin from Hello Harvest stamp set was stamped with Mossy Meadow Ink and colored the outlines with Light Soft Sea Foam Stampin’ Blends. It was hand-cut (or use the coordinating die) and added to the bottom of the oval with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- The flower cluster from Framed Florets stamp set was stamped with Memento Black Ink and colored with Soft Sea Foam, Fresh Freesia, Highland Heather Stampin’ Blends. Then cut with the Framed Florets Dies. It was added next to the pumpkin with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Two small Champagne Rhinestones were added to the center of the flowers.
- Some Simply Elegant Gold Trim was tied in a bow and added to the pumpkin stem.
