Achievers Blog Hop – February 2023

Our Stampin’ Up! Incentive Trip Achievers get together each month for a Blog Hop! I’m blessed with great customers and downline who helped me achieve last year’s Incentive Trip on a Norway Cruise that we will be taking in May!  I’m joining the top 1% of Stampin’ Up! demonstrators who have earned this reward.  Our blog hop theme this month is ANYTHING CURRENT!

IRRESISTIBLE BLOOMS

This is a new suite of Hello, Irresistible products that will be available for customers to purchase online on March 1st!  Demos were able to preorder and I couldn’t wait to play with it!

 

 

Stampin’ Details:

  • The base is 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 Soft Succulent cardstock, scored 4-1/4 and folded.
  • A 3 x 5-1/2 piece of Hello, Irresistible Designer Paper was added across the center.
  • The 3-3/4 x 3-3/4 piece of Basic White cardstock was cut with the circle swirl Irresistible Blooms Die and added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • The large and small flowers were stamped with Mango Melody Ink on Basic White cardstock and colored with the Light Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends.
  • The leaves were stamped with Soft Succulent Ink and colored with the Light Soft Succulent Stampin’ Blends.
  • All were cut with the Irresistible Blooms Dies and added to the bottom of the circle with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • A 1/4 x 3-1/4 strip of Daffodil Delight was added off-center.
  • Thank you from Irresistible Blooms stamp set was stamped with Memento Black Ink and hand-cut around the words.  It was added to the Daffodil strip with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • Three Flat Adhesive Backed Pearls were added to the center of the flowers and next to the greeting.

I’m blessed with great customers and downline who helped me achieve this year’s Incentive Trip Reward and I am happy to have joined the top 1% of Stampin’ Up! demonstrators who have or will earn the Baltic Cruise Incentive Trip for next year!  Our blog hop theme this month is ANYTHING CURRENT!

HAPPINESS ABOUNDS

Next weekend we will honor Memorial Day in the United States, so I thought I’d show off some Red, White and Blue patriotic colors using the Happiness Abounds Bundle.

Stampin’ Details:

  • The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Thick Basic White cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
  • On the 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Basic White cardstock, a 1-1/2 x 4 piece of Sweet Sorbet was added to the top and a 1-1/2 x 4 piece of Starry Sky was added to the bottom.  (These new In Colors make perfect patriotic colors!)
  • The background was embossed with the new Cascading Ruffles Embossing Folder (I love the movement this gives the background!)
  • The smaller flowers were stamped with Starry Sky Ink on Starry Sky cardstock.  The larger flower stamped with Starry Sky on Sweet Sorbet cardstock and just the center on Daffodil Delight cardstock.  The leaves were stamped with Parakeet Party Ink on Parakeet Pary cardstock.  All were cut with the Blooming Happiness Dies and assembled on front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • The greeting was stamped with Starry Sky on 1/2 x 3-1/2 piece of Basic White cardstock, then cut at an angle and added to the front.

Our Stampin’ Up! Incentive Trip Achievers get together each month for a Blog Hop! I’m blessed with great customers and downline who helped me achieve both Maui trips that were held in May 2021 plus earn the next trip for Western Caribbean Cruise in 2022!  Our theme this month is ANYTHING CURRENT!

DELICATE DAHLIAS STAMP SET

I created this card for my August Stamp Clubs and another class I held when I was down in Florida.  I normally don’t share those, but this one turned out SO pretty and perfect for upcoming Fall (in the US!).  If you haven’t ordered the Blackberry Beauty DSP, you don’t know what you are missing.  It is GORGEOUS in person!  You still have time to earn this FREE Level 2 Delicate Dahlias Stamp Set until Sept 30th!  Don’t miss out!

Stampin’ Details:

  • Cinnamon Cider c/s: 4-1/4 x 11, score at 5-1/2 and fold to form base card.
  • Blackberry Bliss c/s: 4 x 5-1/4, emboss with Greenery EF towards left side.
  • Blackberry Beauty DSP (gold/cider leaves): 1-1/4 x 5-1/4, adhere to right side of Blackberry Bliss c/s.
  • Brushed Metallic Gold Paper: 1/4 x 5-1/4, add over DSP seam, add panel to front of base card.
  • Basic White c/s: 3-3/4 x 4-1/4, stamp Delicate Dahlias flower outline with Blackberry Bliss Ink and inside with Pumpkin Pie Ink.  Stamp two leaves outlines with Blackberry Bliss Ink and inside with Bumblebee Ink.  Hand cut everything and add to front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • Cinnamon Cider c/s: 1-1/2 x 2-1/4, stamp Delicate Dahlias stamp set greeting with Blackberry Bliss Ink and punch with Label Me Fancy Punch. Add to front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • Artistry Blooms sequins: 3 gold, add to background.

June 2021 Maui Achievers Blog Hop

Our Stampin’ Up! Incentive Trip Achievers get together each month for a Blog Hop! I’m blessed with great customers and downline who helped me achieve both Maui trips that were held in May 2021!  Stampin’ Up! thoroughly spoiled us…we had an AWESOME time!  Our theme this month is ANYTHING CURRENT!

SWEET FAREWELL STAMP SET

I just recently ordered this stamp set, Sweet Farewell, and think it is SO cute!  It is fun to use a stamp set that I normally wouldn’t buy and then realize that I actually love it!

Stampin’ Details:

  • The base is 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 Thick Basic White cardstock, scored at 4-1/4 and folded.
  • A 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Coastal Cabana cardstock was added to the front.
  • On top, the 2-1/2 x 5-1/4 piece of Pattern Party Designer Paper was added to the bottom.  (This is a HOST only DSP…and there are a TON of sheets in it!)
  • The reverse side had the black polka dot, so I used a 1/2 x 5-1/4 across the top of the DSP to hide the seam.
  • The greeting was stamped with Memento Black Ink.
  • I cut the largest Tailor Made Tag down by cutting it shorter with the same die.  The camera was stamped with Memento Black and colored with Light & Dark Gray Granite and Dark Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends.  I added the tag to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • The Bumblebee Gingham Ribbon was tied in a bow and added to the tag with Mini Glue Dots.
  • It needed just a little something, so I used the Dark Gray Granite Blends and tapped it again my ruler to get speckles of ink across the front of the card.
  • Finally, a pink In Color Jewel was added to the camera for a little bling.

HAND-PENNED PETALS

I was SO excited to see this Hand-Penned Petals bundle in the new Annual Catalog!  I love the hand-drawn look with watercoloring accents!  The designer paper is gorgeous!  I set out to recreate it with my stamping!

Stampin’ Details:

  • The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Pool Party cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
  • The Hand-Penned DSP is 3 x 5-1/2 and added to the left side.
  • Two 1/4 x 5-1/5 pieces of Misty Moonlight cardstock were added to the DSP.
  • A 2-1/2 x 3-1/2 piece of Blushing Bride cardstock was added on top.
  • The large floral bunch was stamped with Memento Black Ink on a 2-3/4 x 3-1/2 piece of Basic White, then colored with the “fill” flowers in Blushing Bride, Pool Party and So Saffron Inks and the leaves with Misty Moonlight Ink.  I stamped everything off for a more subtle, pastel look.  It was added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • The greeting was stamped on So Saffron cardstock and punched with the Duo Oval Punch.  It was adhered to the front.
  • A trio of Genial Gems were added to the centers and under the greeting.

Our Stampin’ Up! Incentive Trip Achievers get together each month for a Blog Hop! I’m blessed with great customers and downline who helped me achieve both Maui trips that will be held in May 2021 (hopefully!)   January’s blog hop theme is ANYTHING CURRENT!

HYDRANGEA HAVEN

My girlfriend has a special birthday milestone this year and I wanted to make her a special card!  I love Hydrangeas and I’m pretty sure she does, too, so I grabbed my Hydrangea Haven Bundle to make her card.

Stampin’ Details:

  • The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Highland Heather cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
  • A 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Basic White cardstock was put on top.
  • I cut some unique shaped pieces of Hydrangea Hill Designer Paper for the background and left space to place some Gorgeous Grape Sheer Ribbon thru the center diagonally.
  • The Stitched So Sweetly rectangles were cut from Highland Heather and Basic White cardstock and added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • The hydrangea was stamped with Memento Black and the blossom fill with Highland Heather Ink.  The small blossom fill was stamped over top with Seaside Spray Ink to give it a two-tone look.  The stem and leaves fill were stamped with Old Olive Ink.  It was cut with the Hydrangea Dies and added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • The greeting was stamped with Gorgeous Grape Ink on 3/4 x 3 piece of Basic White cardstock and the end cut at an angle.
  • A trio of Pastel Pearls were added in the background.

I just love how this turned out…especially the background designer paper on here!

August 2020 Maui Achievers Blog Hop

Our Stampin’ Up! Incentive Trip Achievers get together each month for a Blog Hop! I’m blessed with great customers and downline who helped me achieve this year’s (AND the extended!) Maui trip that will be held in May 2021 (hopefully!)  Those that earned both last year and this year will have extended time in Maui to make up for this year’s being cancelled due to Covid-19.  August’s blog hop theme is ANYTHING CURRENT!

AUTUMN GOODNESS

I was so drawn to Stampin’ Up!’s Autumn Goodness stamp set that is in the Aug-Dec Mini Catalog.  Sometimes I’m just in the mood to color and fall is a perfect time with the bright, vivid colors!  This pumpkin image is one of my favorites in the set.  And I didn’t even use the dies this time!

Stampin’ Details:

  • The base is 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 Early Espresso cardstock, scored at 4-1/4 and folded.
  • The 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Crumb Cake was embossed with the Tasteful Textiles Embossing Folder and added on top of the base card.
  • A 1/2 x 4 strip of Early Espresso cardstock was placed behind a 3 x 4 piece of Gilded Autumn Designer Paper and added to the front towards the left side.
  • The pumpkin image from Autumn Goodness stamp set was stamped on Whisper White and colored with Pumpkin Pie Combo, Granny Apple Green combo, Real Red Combo and Crumb Cake Combo Stampin’ Blends.  It was cut with the Layering Oval Die an added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • The greeting (love it!) from Autumn Goodness was stamped with Early Espresso Ink on a 1/2 x 2-1/4 piece of Whisper White and cut at an angle, then layered on a 1/8 x 3-1/4 strip of Early Espresso cardstock. it was added to the front with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • A trio of Champagne Rhinestones were added in the background.

Our Stampin’ Up! Incentive Trip Achievers get together each month for a Blog Hop! I’m blessed with great customers and downline who helped me achieve this year’s (AND the extended!) Maui trip! June’s blog hop theme is ANYTHING CURRENT!

PRIZE PEONY BUNDLE

I love peonies and the Prized Peony images AND the layered interactive Peony Dies are SO realistic.  Both make it easy to create beautiful cards!  I used just the Peony dies on this one!  But stop back, I’ve used this bundle MANY times so far and will be showing them on my blog!

Stampin’ Details:

  • The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Magenta Madness cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
  • The 3-3/4 x 4 piece of  Peony Garden DSP was altered slightly with a little Stampin’ Blends magic!  I used the natural lines of the chevron print and the Light Basic Black Stampin’ Blends marker, along with a ruler, to draw the more predominant lines on the DSP!  It give me the stripe I wanted!
  • The DSP was added to the 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Whisper White cardstock.
  • The Gray Granite Shimmer Ribbon was added across the front and secured in the back to hide the seam, then added to the front of the card.
  • The Square Vellum Doily was turned as a diamond and adhered to the DSP.
  • The petals of the Peony were cut with the Peony Dies from Whisper White cardstock, then the edges were sponged with Magenta Madness Ink.  They were layered together (they are interactive and SO easy!), the adhered to the front.
  • The center was cut with the die from Daffodil Delight cardstock.
  • The leaves were cut from Old Olive and Pear Pizzazz cardstock, then sponged with Pear Pizzazz Ink.  They were tucked under the flower.
  • The greeting from Prized Peony was stamped with Memento Black Ink.
  • Two Magenta Madness In Color Enamel Dots were added to the top.
