Our Stampin’ Up! Incentive Trip Achievers get together each month for a Blog Hop! I’m blessed with great customers and downline who helped me achieve this year’s (AND the extended!) Maui trip!  May’s blog hop theme is ANYTHING CURRENT!

FOREVER FERN BUNDLE

This beautiful Forever Fern bundle is a pre-order for Demos this month…and it is absolutely a GORGEOUS set!  You’ll definitely want to add this to your list!  I wanted to do something a little different than the blues and greens I’ve been seeing.  So…how about gray and red?

Stampin’ Details:

  • The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Thick Very Vanilla cardstock, scored at 4-1/4 and folded.
  • The 3-1/2 x 5-1/4 piece of Smoky Slate cardstock was embossed with the new Greenery Embossing Folder and added to the front.
  • A 2-3/4 x 4-1/4 piece of From My Heart Designer Paper was added across the front.
  • The Whisper White rectangle was cut from the Stitched So Sweetly Dies and added diagonally on the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • The Hello greeting from Forever Fern was stamped with Memento Black Ink in the upper right corner.
  • The fern from Forever Flourishing Dies was cut from Smoky Slate cardstock and adhered with Monoadhesive Glue.
  • A trio of Red Holiday Rhinestones were added in the background.

March 2020 Maui Achievers Blog Hop

THOUGHTFUL BLOOMS

It’s SPRING and our weather in Ohio is finally warming up!  A few little crocuses have popped their heads up through the ground, so I was inspired by their bright colors!

Stampin’ Details:

  • The base is 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 Daffodil Delight cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
  • The 3-3/4 x 5 piece of Whisper White cardstock is embossed with another FREE SAB product, the Stone Embossing Folder.
  • The Gorgeous Grape Striped Ribbon was wrapped around the Whisper White and tied in a bow, then added to the base card.
  • A 1-3/4 x 5-1/4 piece of Flowering Foils Designer Paper (yep…another FREE selection!) was colored with Light & Dark Granny Apple Green Blends, then added to a 2 x 5-1/2 piece of Gorgeous Grape cardstock.
  • The flowers from Thoughtful Blooms stamp set were stamped with Daffodil Delight and Gorgeous Grape Inks on scrap Whisper White, then punched with the Small Bloom Punch and added to the front with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • In the center are some Nobel Peacock small Rhinestone jewels.
  • Thank You from Thoughtful Blooms was stamped with Gorgeous Grape Ink on scrap Whisper White and punched with the 1″ Circle Punch, then layered on the 1-1/8 Scallop Circle Punch punched from Gorgeous Grape cardstock, then added on front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • Another Nobel Peacock Rhinestone was added on top.

Maui Achievers Blog Hop – January 2020

Our Stampin’ Up! Incentive Trip Achievers get together each month for a Blog Hop! I’m blessed with great customers and downline who helped me achieve this year’s Maui trip! January’s blog hop theme is ANYTHING CURRENT!

HEARTFELT

Since Valentine’s Day is right around the corner, I’ve switched out my Christmas displays for Valentine displays in my home!  Here’s a little banner that I put together to go on a basket that sits up on my kitchen cabinets!  I make different banners for different holidays.

 

Stampin’ Details:

  • The banner pieces are the second from largest Stitched Nested Label Dies cut from DSP backing board, then covered with the From My Heart Designer Paper on top using Monoadhesive Glue.
  • A 1/8″ hole is punched in the top of the labels.
  • The Large Letters of I and U were cut with the Large Letter Dies (on the Clearance Rack in the US!!!  Grab them before they are gone, they are one of the BEST investments!) from Basic Black cardstock and added to the labels with Foam Strips.
  • Three Red Rhinestone were added to each of the letters.
  • For the center label, the Flirty Flamingo Heart Doily is added first.
  • The Scallop Heart was punched from Basic Black and added to the doily with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • The arrow from Heartfelt Stamp Set was stamped with Memento Black Ink on Whisper White cardstock, hand-cut and added to the Scallop Heart.
  • The red dotted heart and From My Heart greeting in the Heartfelt stamp set are stamped with Real Red Ink on Whisper White cardstock.  It was punched with the Solid Heart Punch, then added on top with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • A From My Heart Feceted Gem is added next to the greeting for a little more bling.
  • The Grapefruit Grove Twine from Nature’s Twine was knotted thru the holes with some extra on the sides for tying.

Maui Achievers Blog Hop – October 2019

At Stampin’ Up!, we’ve rolled over a new year and now the Maui Achievers are together for a monthly Blog Hop! I’m happy to say that I’ll be continuing, as I’m thankful to have earned the Maui Incentive Trip! I very much appreciate my customers and downline who helped me earn this trip!  This month’s blog hop theme is ANYTHING GOES! Isn’t that easy?

CUP OF CHRISTMAS

Stampin’ Details:

  • The base is 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 Very Vanilla cardstock, scored at 4-1/4 and folded.
  • On top is a 3 x 5-1/2 piece of Night Before Christmas Designer Paper.
  • A 3/4 x 5-1/2 strip of Pretty Peacock Foil was added across the front.
  • Two 1/2 x 4-1/4 strips of Real Red cardstock were added above the DSP and below the Foil.
  • One cup from Cups of Christmas was stamped with Pretty Peacock on Very Vanilla cardstock and cut with Cup of Cheer Dies.
  • The greeting was stamped with Pretty Peacock Ink on Very Vanilla cardstock and cut with the opposite handle Cup of Cheer Die.
  • The Candy Cane Dies were cut from Real Red and Whisper White cardstock and adhered together, then added to the cup.
  • A sprig of Pretty Peacock cardstock greenery was cut with the Dies and added behind the candy cane.  The bow was cut from Real Red and aded on top.
  • The poinsettia was stamped with Memento Black Ink on Very Vanilla and colored with the Light & Dark Real Red and Light Cherry Cobbler Blends, the center with Mango Melody Blends, then added to the polka dot cup with a Stampin’ Dimensional.
  • The Vanilla cup was added to the DSP and the Pretty Peacock cup was added with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • A few Holiday Rhinestones were added in the background.

Greek Isles Achievers Blog Hop – September 2019

Time for our monthly Greek Isles Achievers Blog Hop! This is the last month we will be hopping as the Greek Isles Achievers!  Next month we will convert to the Maui Achievers!  Happy to say that I’ll be continuing, as I’m thankful to have earned the Maui Incentive Trip!  This month’s theme is ANYTHING GOES!  Isn’t that easy?  Of course, I’ll be using some of the new products in Stampin’ Up!’s Holiday Catalog!

MERRY MOOSE

 

Stampin’ Details:

  • The base is 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 Shaded Spruce cardstock, scored at 4-1/4 and folded.
  • The 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Crumb Cake cardstock was embossed with the Corrugated Embossing Folder and added to the front.
  • The greeting from Merry Moose stamp set was stamped with Memento Black Ink on 1/2 x 5-1/4 strip of Cherry Cobbler cardstock.  It was adhered across the front.
  • The moose was punched from three patterns in Wrapped In Plaid Designer Paper package.  The center one is popped up and the other two adhered directly to the Crumb Cake.
  • Some Linen Thread was wrapped around the neck of the moose and a Jingle Bell tied on to the bow.

July 2019 – Greek Isles Achievers Blog Hop

Time for our monthly Greek Isles Achievers Blog Hop! The theme this month is New Annual Catalog or current special! I’m still working myself thru all the new sets I purchased, but Inspiring Iris is one of my favorites!

Of course, the packaging is just as important as the gift, right?  I used the Woven Threads Designer Paper and new In Colors, Terracotta Tile and Seaside Spray, along with the new embossing folder, Eyelet Lace, and new Delightful Tag Topper punch.  I also added a little Made with Love charm to the clasp.

June 2019 – Greek Isles Achievers Blog Hop

Time for our monthly Greek Isles Achievers Blog Hop! The theme this month is New Annual Catalog! RIDE WITH ME 

I knew I had to get the Ride With Me stamp set and Truck Dies immediately when I saw the new catalog…it was first on my list!  For this one, I added a wood crate in the bed of the stamped truck for a little different look!  I didn’t use the dies at all.

Stampin’ Details:

  • The base is 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 Crumb Cake cardstock, scored at 4-1/4 and folded.
  • Two 3/4 x 5-1/4 pieces of Soft Suede Neutrals 6×6 DSP were added to the top and bottom of a 3 x 5-1/4 piece of Soft Suede cardstock, then added to the front.
  • A 3/4 x 5-1/4 piece of Crumb Cake was stamped with the Pick You Up greeting in Memento Black Ink and added to the front.
  • The largest Stitched Shape Oval was cut from Whisper White and added to the front.
  • The truck from Ride With Me was stamped with Memento Black Ink and colored with Poppy Parade, Smoky Slate, Light Pool Party, and Light Basic Black Blends.  The truck was hand-cut and added to the oval with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • The boards for the back of the truck were cut from Soft Suede cardstock and adhered.
  • A few Gold Metallic Pearls were added to the background.

April 2019 – Greek Isles Achievers Blog Hop

Time for our monthly Greek Isles Achievers Blog Hop! The theme this month is New Catalog products.  Those that were at OnStage will have some sneak peeks, but I wasn’t able to attend.  I am using a stamp set and punch that WILL carryover to the new catalog, Butterfly Gala!  We waited forever for it, didn’t we?  You are here at my blog, Connie Babbert, and you can continue around to all the blog hop stops by clicking on the name under mine on the list at the bottom of this post.

BUTTERFLY GALA

I used a special fun fold on my card, too!  The front panel is narrower than the base and folds up!

Stampin’ Details:

  • The base is 4-1/4 x 5-1/2 Night of Navy cardstock.
  • I cut a 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Melon Mambo cardstock.
  • The Whisper White panel is cut 3 x 5-3/4, then scored at 1/2″.  The 1/2″ flap is placed behind the Melon Mambo layer and the entire layer adhered to the base Night of Navy cardstock.
  • A 1-1/4 x 5-1/4 piece of Neutrals DSP (Night of Navy stripe) was added to the front of the Whisper White panel.
  • The greeting from Butterfly Gala was stamped with Night of Navy on Whisper White cardstock, then cut with the Stitched Labels Framelits (YES!  These are in the NEW catalog!)  It was placed on the front panel with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • The butterflies from Butterfly Gala were stamped with Melon Mambo and Daffodil Delight Inks and punched with the Butterfly Duet Punch.
  • The bodies of the butterflies were stamped with Night of Navy Ink.  They were popped up on the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • Some Happiness Blooms Enamel Dots were added to the bodies of the butterflies for a little bling.
  • Inside, one of the extra little butterflies was added.  It is hidden by the flap on front.
