CCMC588 – Itty Bitty Christmas

Happy Thursday! It’s time for another Create with Connie and Mary Thursday Challenge! It’s a fun sketch this week…and each of the designer’s cards are totally different!

Here’s what I did using Sticker Candy Cane pieces and Designer Paper from the Wonderful Time of Year Product Medley and Itty Bitty Christmas greeting. It came together REALLY quickly!

Stampin’ Details:

The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Real Red cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
On top is 4 x 5-1/4 layer of the stars design in Wonderful Time of Year Designer Paper.
The largest Stitched Shape Circle was cut from Whisper White cardstock and stamped with the Itty Bitty Christmas stamp set greeting in Real Red Ink in the upper right corner. It was added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
A 1/4 x 6 strip of Real Red cardstock was added diagonally across the bottom of the circle on front and trimmed.
A 1/2 x 3-1/2 strip of coordinating stripe paper in Wonderful Time of Year was added on top of the Real Red strip.
A 1/2 x 2-1/4 strip of Gold Metallic Paper was added on top of the other strips.
Two candy cane Stickers from the Most Wonderful Time Product Medley were added to the circle.
A White Baker’s Twine bow was added to the candy canes with a Mini Glue Dot.
Two Gold Glitter Enamel Dots were added above the circle in the background.

Maui Achievers Blog Hop – November 2019

Our Stampin’ Up! Maui Incentive Trip Achievers get together each month for a Blog Hop! I’m blessed with great customers and downline who helped me achieve this year’s Maui trip! This month’s blog hop theme is ANYTHING CURRENT! I used a stamp set that the Achievers received on the Greek Isles Incentive Trip, Toile Christmas. Even though it is a BEAUTIFUL stamp set, I haven’t used it all that much…so I’m on a mission to make up some things with it!

I found these galvanized metal ornaments after Christmas last year at our At Home store at a super cheap cost! I knew I had to grab some and do something with them this year! I knew this stamp set would be PERFECT on top!

TOILE CHRISTMAS

The ornament is just shy of 4 x 4, not including the jute handle.

Stampin’ Details:

A 3-1/4 x 3-1/4 piece of Most Wonderful Time Designer Paper was added to a 3-3/8 x 3-3/8 piece of Mossy Meadow cardstock and adhered to the ornament.
The cardinal from Toile Christmas stamp set was stamped with Memento Black Ink on Whisper White cardstock and colored with Poppy Parade and Cherry Cobbler Blends, with a Mango Melody beak. It was cut with the Christmas Cardinal Die.
The leaf branches were stamped with Mossy Meadow Ink and colored with Light Granny Apple Green and Light Cherry Cobbler Blends. They were cut with the Christmas Cardinal Die.
Two solid leaf branches were cut from Mossy Meadow cardstock and Snowfall Accents Puff Paint added to the tops of the leaves.
Christmas Wishes from Toile Christmas stamp set was stamped with Delicata Golden Glitz Ink on Whisper White and cut with the Christmas Cardinal Die, too.
The cardinal, greeting, and branches were all added on top of the background designer paper with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Some Wink of Stella was added to the berries for a little more sparkle.

IM98 Most Wonderful Time

Happy Monday! It’s time for our Create with Connie and Mary Inspiration Monday challenge! This week’s inspiration is a beautiful tree with bright metallic colors! So pretty!

I just had to use the Noble Peacock Foil Papers! And decided to use the Most Wonderful Time tree!

Stampin’ Details:

- The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Bermuda Bay cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
- The 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Crumb Cake cardstock was embossed with the Stylish Scrolls Embossing Folder.
- A 1-1/4 x 4-1/2 piece of the Old Olive Metallic Paper in Noble Peacock Foil Paper was added down the middle.
- The 2-1/4 x 3-3/4 piece of Pretty Peacock Metallic Paper was added on top.
- The 2-1/4 x 3-1/4 piece of Blueberry Bushel Metallic Paper was next.
- The tree was stamped with Pretty Peacock Ink on Garden Green cardstock and cut with the Most Wonderful Time Die. It was added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- The presents were stamped with Bermuda Bay and the bows with Delicata Golden Glitz Ink on top, then cut with the Dies and added to the base of the tree with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- The Noble Peacock Jewels were added to the tree.
- The star was cut with the Dies from Gold Glimmer Paper and added on top with a Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- The greeting from Most Wonderful Time was stamped with Delicata Golden Glitz Ink on Whisper White, then punched with the 1-1/2 Circle Punch.

Saturday Blog Hop – Christmas Treat or Favor

Happy Saturday! It’s time for another Saturday Blog Hop! This week our theme is a Christmas Treat or Favor! Those that follow me, know that small favors and treats are my FAVORITE things to do! I made a bunch of these single serve “Mug Cake” holders for my craft show today. Hope I sell out! I think they turned out super CUTE!

Stampin’ Details:

The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Coastal Cabana cardstock, scored at 5-1/4 and 5-1/2 and folded. Trim the top of one edge with the large Layering Ovals Die.
Using the cut off partial oval, and a smaller oval die, cut the handle. Adhere to the back (inside) of the front cup.
Corner round the top corners on the back portion.
Stamp the front with Snowman Season snowflakes in Coastal Cabana Ink randomly.
A 1-3/4 x 4-1/4 piece of Whisper White is stamped with the Cup of Christmas greeting in Real Red Ink and adhered to the front.
The cup base was cut from Real Red cardstock and the striped decoration with Coastal Cabana cardstock with the Cup of Cheer Dies and adhered together, then added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Since the Mug Mix was Caramel Brownie Mix, I hand-cut the “cake” shape from Early Espresso cardstock and added it behind the top of the cup. Add a Clear Epoxy Dot to the “cake”. (I used a retired Heart, but the circles are still available and would be just as cute.)
Tie the Real Red 3/8″ Cotton Ribbon around the entire cup, tie a knot, then add the wood spoon (Amazon had these teal chevron ones). I stamped the spoon with “Enjoy” from Cup of Christmas in Real Red Ink on the handle.

Isn’t that a FUN little gift? I’ll tuck in a gift card for my mailman and UPS driver! SO sweet! CCMC587 – Snow Front

Happy Thursday!!! It’s time for another Create with Connie and Mary Thursday Challenge…a beautiful color combination this week!

Although the colors are beautiful for fall and leaves, I thought I’d try to step out of the box a little and use my new Snow Front stamp set. It’s not just for winter! The deer remind me of the ones that come visit the woods behind us every night.

Stampin’ Details:

The base is 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 Pretty Peacock cardstock, scored at 4-1/4 and folded.
The 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Crumb Cake cardstock was stamped with the “sprinkle” stamp in Snow Front and Crumb Cake Ink in the upper left and lower right corners.
A 1-1/4 x 5-1/4 strip of Come to Gather Designer Paper was added across the front.
Some Linen Thread was wrapped around twice and tied in a knot on the left side.
The mountains from Snow Front were stamped and stamped off with Cajun Craze Ink towards the top of the 2-1/2 x 3-3/4 piece of cardstock. The ground and cabin stamped next with Crumb Cake Ink. The trees were stamped and stamped off with Pretty Peacock Ink. The deer were stamped with Crumb Cake, then darkened with the Bronze Stampin’ Blends.
The Whisper White panel was added to a 2-3/4 x 4 piece of Cajun Craze cardstock, then added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Let’s Celebrate You from Itty Bitty Birthdays was stamped with Pretty Peacock Ink above the “scene”.

IM97 – Snowman Season

Happy Monday! It’s time for our Create with Connie and Mary Inspiration Monday challenge! Here are some FUN Snowman Cookies to inspire you this week! These look SOOO yummy…I could eat them right up!

I made a gift card holder using Snowman Season…it is getting to be that time of year, right? I love this design…so easy!

The gift card will fit vertically as I’ve shown, or horizontally. You could even fit two side by side!

Stampin’ Details:

- The base is 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 Real Red cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and 7. Fold in half, then fold the small flap down. Adhere the two sides together below the short flap.
- Round the corners at the top and on the flap with a Corner Rounder.
- Cut 1-1/4 x 5-1/4 Let it Snow striped print Designer Paper for the flap, round the bottom corners and adhere.
- Cut 1-1/2 x 5-1/4 Let it Snow “snow” print Designer Paper for the top back, round the top corners and adhere.
- Wrap the Real Red Curly Ribbon around the flap and tie a bow. Adhere to flap to the bottom with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Punch 2-1/4 circle from Coastal Cabana cardstock.
- Cut a 1 x 3 piece of Sparkle Glimmer Paper for snow bank, cut to curve of circle shape. Adhere to bottom of circle.
- Add circle to Scallop Layering Circle slightly larger than 2-1/4. Adhere together. Add to flap with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Punch snowman with Snowman Builder Punch from Whisper White cardstock.
- Add Let it Snow Embellishment face, buttons, arms, felt scarf and hat from Kit. Add to circle with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Stamp Let it Snow from Snowman Season stamp set with Memento Black Ink on Whisper White cardstock, stamp off snowflakes with Coastal Cabana Ink around greeting. Cut with 1-5/8 Layering Circle. Adhere next to snowman with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Saturday Blog Hop – Let it Shine

Happy Saturday! It’s time for another Saturday Blog Hop! This week our theme is “Let it Shine!” There TONS of glittery goodness products in Stampin’ Up!’s catalogs! I decided to use the currently available special suite, Christmastime is Here on my card! I love the gold in the DSP, and the Gold Glitter Enamel Dots paired with a Gold Embossed Rose image!

Stampin’ Details:

The base is 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 Crumb Cake cardstock, scored at 4-1/4 and folded.
On top diagonally is a 3 x 5 piece of Christmastime is Here Designer Paper.
A 3/4 x 5-1/2 strip of Gold Glimmer Paper is added across the front.
The large rose was stamped with Versamark on Whisper White, then embossed with Gold Embossing Powder and cut with the Roses Dies. It is popped up on the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
The greeting was stamped with Memento Black Ink on Crumb Cake and cut with the Roses tag Die. It was added with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Finally, some Gold Glitter Enamel Dots were added in the background.

Happy Thursday! Wow…the weeks really roll by fast, don’t they? We have a fun sketch for you to try this week over on Create with Connie and Mary!

I used the Christmas Rose stamp set from the Christmastime is Here Bundle! A limited-time release now available for EVERYONE to order! It is SO beautiful! Love the gold metallic in the Designer Paper…and the gold ribbon…and the gold glitter dots! Beautiful! Here’s what I did with it:

Stampin’ Details:

The base is 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 Old Olive cardstock, scored at 4-1/4 and folded.
On top is a 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Soft Seafoam cardstock.
The Christmastime is Here Designer Paper is cut to 3-1/4 x 4-1/2 and added to the front.
A 3/4 x 5 strip of coordinating DSP is added across the front.
The large rose image in Christmas Rose is stamped with Memento Black Ink, then the large leaves with Soft Seafoam Ink, the roses with Poppy Parade Ink, the pine needles with Old Olive Ink, the berries with Real Red Ink, and the pinecones with Soft Suede Ink. It is cut with the Roses Dies and added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
The filigree Die is cut from Gold Foil Paper and added over the bottom of the rose image.
The greeting was partially inked with Soft Suede Ink, then punched with the Classic Label Punch and added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
A few Holiday Rhinestones were added around the background.
